I have ordered business cards, flyers, postcards, labels etc. Never have had any problem with them. I did order one tshirt and it came out good too but it was a little lighter than expected. I wonder if maybe it has something to do with their coloring? I am glad you were able to get a credit. That was very nice of them. Their customer service is excellent.
